Keith Lawson, President / CEO  Contact
Keith has nearly three decades of experience in direct mail/direct marketing. This includes expertise in US Postal Service regulations, as well as DM strategy and tactics. Keith is past president of both the Wisconsin and Arizona Direct Marketing Associations. He has been recognized with the "Direct Marketer of the Year" award and Lifetime Achievement Award. He is active and a past board member of the Phoenix Postal Customer Council.

Peggy Lawson, Secretary Treasurer / Director of Sales  Contact
Peggy is active daily in the operation of the business, and with service to clients. For almost three decades Peggy has been a part of the Direct Marketing industry. She's an active member of the Arizona Direct Marketing Association, previously serving as the Administrator and a Board Member. She has also been active in the national DMA, the Postal Customer Council, the Phoenix Ad Club and both the Phoenix and Mesa Chambers. Peggy has been awarded the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the Arizona DMA.

Brian Lawson, VP / General Manager  Contact
Brian has been in the printing and graphic arts business for three decades. His experience includes management of a supply and equipment company, sales and service of graphic supplies and ownership of a printing firm. Brian has earned a Printing Technology Certification from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a General Management Certificate Diploma from the University of Alberta. Plus, he holds Journeyman status in printing and graphic arts craftsman from the Government of Alberta. He is an active member of the Phoenix Ad Club, the Phoenix and Mesa Chambers, and the Phoenix Craftsman Club.

Paul Lawson, Vice President of Operations  Contact
Paul plays an active role in the daily operations at The Market Builder. He has been involved with the business since the beginning, stuffing envelopes and manipulating data merges. This work continued, where his knowledge grew and his experience expanded. Paul's real expertise is in the data room. Paul has taken advanced classes in computer programming, hardware, and software systems and uses those skills to produce incredible results. Today, Paul is in charge of all production facilities... from the laser printers to the inkjet machines.

Lori Brinjak, Executive Assistant  Contact
For over 20 years Lori has been a part of office management. From early childhood education to the corridors of large legal offices, Lori has been a bookkeeper and multi-task coordinator. Her expertise in billing and invoice control goes way beyond just 'knowledgeable', which is perfect for The Market Builder ... as keeping more than one ball in the air at a time is "standard" routine in the direct marketing business. Lori is a great cook ... and enjoys her life as a Girl Scout Leader with her daughters' troop, and team cheerleader for her sons' baseball team.

Wil Williams, Director of Marketing and Sales  Contact
Wil’s career includes 30 years of advertising experience; in ad agency account management and in client-side marketing communications. He has held account responsibilities for clients such as The Chemical & Pigments Group of DuPont, Hoechst Corporation, Motorola, General Dynamics and W.L. Gore Associates.  He counts client service and planning to be among his strengths. He is married and the proud parent of three Black Labs. Wil has an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Jason heads the Data manipulation, Jeff heads the variable data printing group, Blake heads the web site programming, and Valencia heads our scanning and data entry. Martha is our letter shop team leader coordinating a group of talented individuals: Randy, Scott, Tara and Todd. Each are experts at getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

This team has over 50 years of experience in producing your piece, right, the first time, and on time. When you see our truck on the road, it's probably Randy behind the wheel, taking the 'MBIMAIL' (our trucks license plate) off to the post office.
